I currently hold 2 real estate notes on property I sold last year in Oregon. The owner would like to refinance right now, but I would get less than half of what the note is worth. I need to either sell the notes or take the loss from the homeowner.Would i get more with selling it right now.

someone believes that i sent SPAM. this is a legit business. a real estate note is a contract that contains a promissary not that spells out the terms of the payback agreemtn that includes the loan amount. some people sell their homes to others that do not have the full amount that the owner is selling the home for. Ex: 75,000 home and the buyer only has 55,000. the seller takes out a note and the buyer pays $550 monthly until the house is purchased. well, this could take years. some people want to sell their notes. want the $20,000 now. they have been accepting the monthly payments, and now the full amount could be helpful to have. maybe because of an operation or putting children through school. so….this business is very legit. there are companies and wealthy people who make their business buying notes. we have that list of owners and companies. so you do not have to fear. this is a legit business. my husband is the owner. i sell the vitamin/mineral juice VEMMA.

The hourly position that I have is the primary source of my income. Am I able to collect unemployment if I still have my real estate license?

People will hire an attorney to fight a $200 traffic ticket or run to a doctor at the first sign of a cough but will try to buy or sell their home without an agent. I just don’t understand!
