I have a property that is in Brunswick, ME. It currently is a Inn with many cottages. There is a small building closer to the main road that can be rented out to businesses (restaurant ready.) We are just growing older and want to buy a small house and settle down and not worry about maintaining the property or running a business. The property can be used for many different things as it is very close to Wal-Mart, Lowes, and many other stores in Brunswick. I am wondering what the best way to go about selling the property is? I

I found a brokerage and my license is hanging on my broker’s wall. He wants me to come in and get started but I don’t want to sell real estate. I want to invest. I’m wondering if I can use my MLS access to find investment properties and whether it’s legal to do that. Also, should I tell my broker that I want to invest or not?

The real estate properties i want to sell are high end, prime properties located in Metro Manila, Cavite and Laguna, Philippines. These include lots, houses and lots and condominium units. Prices range from 1.9 million to 49 million Philippine pesos.

Three members of the family want to sell the property while it has some value and the other three members do not want to sell.

I would love to do this but, I was wondering how much they actually make on sales.
