really would like to be involved in commercial sales and leasing. Is it necessary to have a license. I have 25 years experience in the retail leasing environment.

Real estate agents have gone crazy where I live,I have had 3 different agents come through my lane at Walmart(I `m a cashier there) and ask me if I would like to sell my land!I don`t know about everybody else but my home is my most prized possession,I consider it an insult for someone to want to make themselves a profit off of it!
There are agents moving here from other states to sell land.
Sorry if you are offended Leinie but things are that bad where I am,one of my friends said an agent told them that they would sell if they were offered enough money for their home.My home is worth more than money to me and they take it a little lightly here!

Hi, I am broker associate with on of the Real Estate Companies in town and I am looking forward for new ideas, may be even out of the box! Please describe if you can how to sell prime real estate commercial property. Property is located in a city, regional center and there are more than 30000 cars daily traffic. Two acres of commercially zoned property available for development. Need national exposure in order to find companies who are interested in acquisition and development of the property. Any new ideas welcome.

I am planning to sell real estate from other countries in Asia to customers in california. Do I need to have a california real estate license?
Also, can i open a office in california and hire sales people here who do not have real estate licenses.
If not real estate license. Do you need any other sort of license? or anything else? if you answer, please let me know your qualification – are you an agent or lawyer.. So I know.. thanks.
