I’ve been approached by a guy who wants to buy my house for sale on a “Subject To” contract. What are the risks to me?

As you know, Dubai is a mecca for skyscraper lovers.
Lots of them have been built in a short time and lots of them are being built (but at a shorter pace now due to the financial crisis).

But I wonder… Who is going to buy that space and what for? Most of the people that live there are temporary workers… And why so many huge skyscrapers? Is it profitable?
