Which area will appreciate the most in the next 10 years? Which area has the highest rents per dollar invested? Also which area tends to attract the best types of tennants (clean, stable employment, etc.)

I have not received violation notices on two Qs on this subject. Do they really not want the US public to know about this trend of dollar rich Chinese and Arab oil moguls buying property in the US?

PS …they are buying houses from $500,000 and up. You can get a green card for that with a new program that gives an automatic green card to a buyer of big estates… The program allows for 10,000 new immigrants…starting in Florida.

Is there anywhere, internationally, is it a good idea to purchase real estate now – because it is expected to go up greatly in value within the next 5-10 years?

I don’t have a whole lot of cash to use as a down payment. How can I stop renting and buy a place of my own in the near future? Is this even possible without signing on for a ridiculous interest rate?
