Would it be a good or bad idea to buy some real estate such as an apartment building in a developing country such as Ecuador or Peru.
This is from someone living in Canada. Reason to buy is buildings are very cheap and can be paid off quickly from someone from Canada.
What do you think?
I would like to know where you think the best place to buy real estate is right now. This could apply to a location that you think would be best to develop in or just places to buy that are reasonable enough and will incease in value. If you answer this question, please tell me why you feel this way and any information that you can refer me to. I am mainly interested in commerical real estate or commerical real estate development.
Thanks in advance for your answers!
I am looking for areas that are up and coming and possibly have development in the works or plans for it.
I am looking for an investment property, preferably a condo. I currently reside in the Las Vegas area and want some opinions on whether or not it is a good place to invest, and if now is a good time to buy?
I have found many web sites that show repos and tax delinquent properties for sale, most of them want membership fees. It sounds tempting, but is it for real?
It would seem to be very attractive to buy US real estate at the moment if the reports on repossessions and foreclosures are correct.
I’m about to sign a sale contract with a home builder, the house is in Riverside, CA. i heard some comment that i only need to have a real estate agent to take care and review my contract and escrow paper, not lawyer. is that true? somehow with all the research i’ve done online i’m not so convincing of that idea. this is the first time i buy a house so i have no clue at all who is better.please advise. and if i do need a real estate attorney, please give me some recommendation in Riverside,CA or around the city. It’d be nice too if you could give me an idea of how big the attorney charge will be.
I’m also being told that i don’t need to hire a home inspector since the house is brand new and come with warranty.again i’m not very convincing. so i need more advise and opinion from more people and recommendation for home inspector too. please also let me know the inspection charge range if possible. thank you!
I am interesting in buying and apartment in New York for the purpose of renting. I have down a little research and found several real estate brokers around the city. What is the best area in Manhattan to buy and rent? Also, what should I ask when i meet with the broker? I am interested in a Condo, not coop and I have a fixed budget to work with.
Much appreciated,
i have been looking in local newspapers and would like to know more information on how the process works
