I wanted to go back to school for what i still dont know-i dont want to be long in school due to me having a 3 year old and a baby on the way. My husband is wanting to get into the real estate business-buying old homes/making them up and reselling-i dont know if i should go with it. Sounds like good money, i know its hard work. but i just dont know where to start. what are the ups and downs of it? and if you do work in that business do you really recommend it? In real estate Business, what does it mean 100% commission offered by brokers to agents? Some employment adds post that the agent gets paid “100% commission” others say “100% commission (flat fee per transaction)”. Obviously the brokerage must make some profit. How? If paying 100% commission. If someone can explain how that works I will appreciate it.
