Okay I still have a long way before I’m able to open a successful Business such as Real Estate..But I’m just thinking about it for now. I’ve always wanted to do this and sell houses/apartments/homes, I even would buy a not so great house, and fix it up, then sell it and show buyers what a change it’s been through..Of course I’d need to get liscensed and start from the bottom, but I really want to do this, always have..I’m 18 and want to start College next Spring (with a newborn who will be about 4months old at that time) I was originally going for Nursing because that is another thing I’ve wanted to do, but I’ve sort of lost interest and started leaning toward Real Estate. And it’ll be easier going to a college that provides Real Estate classes because I can take them online and be with my son instead of being at a school and work and never beable to be there to actually raise him instead of sticking him with his grandparents all day..So beside the easier schooling..as far as being there goes..what do I expect..what are things that Realtors deal with on a day to day basis? Tell all the things that I should know? How will I start out after I get a Liscense? What classes would I take online? How long did it take for your business to actually “rocket” off to a good start?

Hello real estate brokers and investors everywhere! I’m 22 y/o and i want to get into the real estate business. first and foremost, i wanna know if you NEED to become a real estate broker before becoming an investor? because the way i see it, being a broker is a great advantage for an aspiring investor in real estate because it can make you learn about all aspects in this type of business. correct me if i’m wrong though. I have no knowledge about these things so the correction and additional info are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
