I just graduated college last May. I just started a job in Auditing, and to be honest, the job is just not stimulating me enough. I am not unhappy with the job, my co-workers are alright, and I really don’t deserve the paycheck that I am getting.

However, I am just not stimulated enough. I **** being on salary because no matter how much, or how little, I work, I always get paid the same amount. There is always a ceiling as to how much I can earn.

My salary is $50,000. I have heard about people making more than that on a single flip. I can only imagine if I did a flip for $50,000 that took me 2-3 months to complete, then I could either just take the rest of the year off, or I could do 2-3 more flips that year and make 6 figures.
I would think that now would be a great time to get into real estate, due to the depressed market. There are going to be a lot of bank-owned properties that you can buy for a discount and then turn around and sell it, as long as you are able to sell at the market price and still make a profit.

Many of the people I make deals with are procrastinators….I [attempt] to work with people who are living in homes of people who passed away without a will.
