I’m going to start a remodeling and real estate investment business.
Do I need to show my real estate broker’s logo on my car or can I just display my logo.
Our motto will be Passion for Home Remodeling…Passion for Real Estate…
I am working as a real estate agent for my friends to sell their house plots in INDIA in Andhra Pradesh. So please help me to find out the pople, I want to perform my daughters marriage with the commisson earned, because i have no money to do this.
On a sale agreement it said that the condition was that the deposit was received within 24 hrs, but about 30 hrs later no deposit was received, so when we went to go cancel the agreement because the condition was not fulfilled, the agent said 24 hrs means 24 business hour in real estate? Is that true?
I have some experience in real estate in property management leasing and administrative. However, I am looking to start my own business and have been reading investing books etc., I am about to incorporate my business and working on my business plan. I want to start the business in Cleveland Ohio but would like to eventually expand nationally. My biggest fear is the financing aspect, if I am incorporated then my personal credit does not have to be considered or does it? Also, I hear about investors starting with no money down. I would like to start this business on the right foot and want to avoid all the gimmicks like those over priced RE workshops. I would also like to network with people in Cleveland. I would like to hear responses from those who are in the real estate business. Thanks!
I’m currently setup with an LLC on my rental properties. I want to keep the liability protection of an LLC, but have the ability of the business entity to file its own tax return and pay its own taxes while still taking advantage of the normal depreciation write offs and everything else. I want to be president of the business entity while taking a “0″ salary. Essentially I want any and all rental income to show under the business while I merely control it taking absolutely no income or salary personally.
I have been a real estate agent for the past year but have had no sales. I have a full time job and i am usually tired and don’t want to deal with people after work eight to ten hours. Is there a way that i can drum up business while only doing it part time? Any suggestions?
I am undecided about what career to pursue within the real estate business. I don’t want to be just another salesman, I am a very ambitious person and that just wouldn’t be enough for me, I dream big and have achieved lots of things in whatever I put myself into. I admit I am materialist and that money plays a very big role in my choices (I know, you should do something you love, but I love making money, no matter how), so what would you suggest, what is in your opinion the best field for business in real estate?
If you had the chance to start from the beginning, what would you do instead?
hello,
a family member of mine owns real estate in nyc. they own residential buildings but they are having trouble and going bankrupt. no one will buy the apartments and they owe more money then they will make. they also have alot of taxes on buildings and mortgages to pay.
what can be done. 3 years ago they made alot of money on the buildings and they put more money in and build new apartment buildings right before the economy went down. now theres empty apartments buildings no one will buy or rent from.
do you have advice on how to keep the family member in business when he is running out of money and not making any money. alot of coworkers have given him bad advice.
what can he do to make money and get some apartments sold even in this poor time for real estate? some of the apartments are also rentable.
again i dont have a college degree in real estate or business so i wouldnt know how to help the family member out.
do you have any advice, tips, tricks. this is important because a family will be out on the street soon, if the persons real estate dosnt start to pick up and make money and sell apartments
im not looking to make money
im looking to improve the real estate business
I want to get into the business of conducting real estate title closings. I have no experience in the business but hear that it can be pretty lucrative. I am a notary public & will be taking a prep course for title insurance sales to take the state licensing exam. In the meantime, I want to get the experience of how to do just the closings–real estate, re-fi, etc. live in NJ
