I’m 19 at the moment and I really want to work in real estate and being a landlord. Particularly I would love to be a student landlord as I live in a city with two universities and a lot of students that need somewhere to live while they study.
At the moment I’m working in a letting agency part time and I’ve learned quite a lot about the business and estates.
But I have no idea where to start myself or where I’m supposed to get the money from to invest. Any advice?
you get into law school and become a lawyer, given that one of your subjects is property law? And do you do a “specialization” in law school like med school? Is there an equivalent for med school’s residency in law school?
BTW, i’m talking about the PHILIPPINE setting.

i need resources to study real estate business of USA….my relative is a high profile real estate broker for land etc. he need inspirations and examples from USA …ie most important steps they have taken in last 7-8 years….competition they have faced…and innovations happened in the industry ….he has money and venture capistalists …in line…..

Many of the people I make deals with are procrastinators….I [attempt] to work with people who are living in homes of people who passed away without a will. They could be any type of relative, but do not know how to legally own the house,(working through the court systems). These houses are basically ‘problem properties’ that cant be solved without a real estate attorney, etc. Thanks! =]

She is not computer savy but she is going to start her own website to hopefully bring in leads. What would recommend as the best way to start. I need to know what route to take from starting my website and starting e-marketing.
